I started using meth when I was 16. I started not going to school and even got my mom kicked out of her apartment because of the people I was hanging around. All of the people I did meth with were older than me. I would run around with them and not come home for days. We were very skinny and even got our friends hooked on it with us. Luckily all but one of us stopped and we were lucky to never get to the point where we would do anything for it. That's the bad part we were hanging with people that sold it, so it was always free. Maybe we would buy a 20 here and there to take home with us. Which made the addiction worse. We went around town buying pills so these people could make meth. I am very lucky that I never got in trouble! I put myself in crazy situations. I saw some crazy things and many neglected children whose parents would smoke in front of them. Tweakers are very dirty people! I learned a lot about what the drug does to you and sometimes I would just sit back and watch people ruin their lives. I always knew I wouldn't do it forever because of what I saw first hand. Meth will ruin your life. You must be strong and be able to see the other side, the sober normal side of life if you want to stop!!! Once you do you feel so much better and can't understand how you were living the way you were.
